What We Do

Our Market Regulation examiners are proficient in performing large and small routine, comprehensive, multi-state, targeted, and risk-focused market conduct examinations related to all lines of business, including health/managed care, property and casualty, title insurance, life and annuity including suitability, advisory organizations, third party administrators or vendors and other service providers, such as pharmacy benefit managers, insurance producers, brokers, and other insurance entities. We also have experience in monitoring compliance of regulatory settlement agreements.

Our team is also qualified to assist our state clients with pharmacy (formulary) reviews and mental health and substance use disorder parity compliance examinations, market analysis, rate and form filing reviews, MCAS validation, data mining, data analysis and data integrity examinations. We also have experience in providing consulting services directly to insurance departments including process improvement studies, data calls and related services.
