As Lead of the Troubled Company and Receivership practice line, Wayne provides oversight and leadership to his team on troubled company and receivership consulting for a broad range of regulatory clients. He focuses primarily on rehabilitation and liquidation of insurers. Wayne spent over 20 years as an insurance state regulator which enables him to provide successful strategies for dealing with troubled companies and to administer state insurer receiverships.

Wayne serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Insurance Receivers (IAIR). He has provided presentations and training to various state insurance departments over the years.
